SHIPPING POLICY

• Once the order received within 48 hours items are ready to ship.

• Few handmade items may take 7 to 20 days for dispatch the order, because once the order get confirm Artist need time to prepare the products.

• Our courier partner INDIAN POST/UPS/Fedex/DTDC a secure post and traceable for both Domestic and International.   

• It will take 10 to 15 days for International delivery which is standard shipping (* NOTE-It may take additional 7 days to get an order deliver if the order held by custom department of their respective country, Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply).

BULK ORDER POLICY

We appreciate your Interest in our products. We are committed towards maintaining our standards in following policies.we provide you access to a large number of such products particularly to be used in wholesale.

The following guidelines are our terms and policies for wholesale. We insist you to read the terms of the policy carefully.  We are always available on phone, if in case, any queries arise; feel free to clear your doubts by ringing on our number.

IMPORTANT NOTE

The Prices agreed upon for wholesale are highly confidential and are not subject to any leakage.

Minimum Order

The prices of products are wholly subject to the availability of the products. If there is a subsequent change in price of the product before processing, a notification will be given to you through email.

Shipping

Orders are normally shipped within 30 business days. You will be notified regarding the processed shipment date after 5- 6 days of order placement. Standard shipping charges are applicable. Prior to the shipping, charges will be declared by us through invoice.

Payment

We accept Netbanking,UPI etc. Any of these modes of payment is to be used for fully discharging the money. Note that COD (Cash-On- Delivery) orders are not accepted.
